Once real-time, the BITVM2 bridge unlocks a variety of decentralized BTC use cases that are accessible to all Bitcoin holders. May 2025 may mark a turning point, possibly marking a decline in centralized “crypto” and is determined to support the Bitcoin local economy. As the saying goes, on a long enough timeline, everything is back to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin L2S faces a huge challenge: competing with established cryptocurrency players while earning Bitcoin’s trust. The conference may feature major partnership announcements, especially at the infrastructure level, which involves long-term barriers to BTCFI adoption.
