Intentional or not, ABTC actually proves a larger narrative, which Swiss Crypto Bank Sygnum believes is crucial to the continued health of the crypto economy.
Will the big bitcoin treasury be bad?
Sygnum discusses the impact of large-scale Bitcoin treasury such as strategies and Lightlightedt strategies, and currently has about 3% of all Bitcoins to be manufactured.
The company also said that “large, concentrated shares are risky to any asset, and “strategic inventory is “close to the point where they become a problem.”
Why? Part of the reason is the market economy and emotional normality. The reduction in liquid supply, which is caused by companies holding large Treasury bills of $BTC, may increase volatility.
There is also a psychological impact on the market; if the strategy is to sell any of its $BTC, the title “Strategies to sell Bitcoin” may be enough to make the price fall.
