Coinsilium raises £1.25 million to launch Bitcoin treasury strategy, open retail offers

Coinsilium Group Limited, the first blockchain company to IPO in 2015, has launched a Bitcoin Treasury strategy that has raised £1.25 million in an oversubscribed location to accelerate its Bitcoin Treasury initiative with Forza (Gibraltar) Limited, which raises its fully owned treasury.

The location, at a price of 3p per share, will fund the next phase of the company’s Bitcoin-focused strategy and support general operations.

“I’m very happy to announce this position today,” said Executive Chairman Malcolm Palle. “We are very satisfied with the response to the company’s Forza! initiative, which will allow us to drive the implementation of the Bitcoin Treasury strategy.”

In addition to institutional pay raises, Coinsilium also offers retail investors a £250,000 raise through the Winterfood Retail Access platform (WARP), which enables retail investors to access investment trusts and listed securities on the same terms as their primary location.

James van Straten, a member of the Board of Directors of Coinsilium, said: “Coinsilium has raised £1.25 million to launch its Bitcoin Treasury strategy. Providing £250,000 in packaged retail products can provide retail investors with opportunities to participate. We will focus on our Bitcoin Treasury strategy.”

The company also announced the appointment of Oak Securities as a joint broker, marking a strategic move to strengthen its market positioning and investor promotion. “I’m also happy to welcome Oak Securities as a co-broker for the company and hope to acknowledge their role as a cornerstone in this position,” Parr added. As the company expands the size of its Bitcoin Treasury program, OAK is added to Coinsilium’s broker lineup and proposes a more aggressive approach to the capital market.

It is expected to acquire a new stake in Aquis’ growth market on May 22, 2025. In addition to stock placement, 6,560,000 shares of common stock were issued in lieu of £196,800 paid by the service. After the issuance, Coinsilium will have 274,782,557 shares issued.
