The obvious purpose of Microsoft’s program is to promote corporate workers who want to do some personal activities at work, which helps to help work and life a little bit. But leaders are not excited about having employee medical records, tax documents and private individuals, sometimes Very Private – Photos and videos on corporate systems.
The problem can be worse when the data flow is opposite. Once these personal and company data sets are synchronized, it is inevitable that sensitive company files will be accidentally saved to their personal OneDrive and then saved to their personal computer.
To be fair, Microsoft makes it easy to disable these capabilities, but will allow it by default.
