OnePlus Pad 3 Review: Killer Tablet, High Price

Please note that I still can never replace my laptop or desktop with my tablet, and the OnePlus Pad 3 completely. Some things don’t work well in a specific application, or take longer in the tablet interface. (Our content management system (passable) has infamous tablet experience.) But for a short time at an airport or coffee shop, it’s a great option to hang out on heavier machines.
If you spend a lot of time on your tablet, a keyboard is a must-have. There are good keys for travel, I like to type on it, and the trackpad is also of good size. The best feature is that you can connect it to the OnePlus Pad 3 via the POGO pin, or it can automatically connect to the tablet via Bluetooth, so you can use it to get out of it. This is helpful because while you can use the OnePlus Pad 3 and the keyboard in your knees, it’s not the most stable experience, so it’s nice to be able to separate the screen and place the screen elsewhere (and support it with the box’s kick leg). The keyboard does not have a USB-C port, so you can only charge by connecting it back to the tablet. it Do Have NFC so you can click on OnePlus phone to send files, and there is a dedicated key to trigger Google’s Gemini AI Assistant.
Speaking of accessories, there is the OnePlus Stylo 2, which has not seen any changes since its debut with the OnePlus Pad 2. It is a reliable stylus that is magnetically connected to the top edge of the slate, automatically connected and topped up in this plate. I’m not a stylus, so I haven’t used much. It’s worth remembering that while these accessories are purchased separately, OnePlus will usually be bundled, allowing you to capture a stylus or keyboard case for free. Until July 7, there is a promotion that allows you to get both for free by purchasing PAD 3.

The battery gave me no questions. The 12,140-MAH’s capacity is the largest OnePlus shipment ever, and the battery has dropped by just 20% after several hours of using three apps in open canvas mode. Obviously, if you binge-watch the show for a few hours, it obviously soars, but I would love to say this battery is the most satisfying. It also hardly loses juice in standby mode. OnePlus puts its fast charger in the box so you can get full charge from zero to 100 in 92 minutes.
High-end tablet, high-end price
This is all powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Chipset, the flagship Android processor in 2025. OnePlus will be happy to tell you that this is the first tablet in the U.S. to debut in the U.S. and certainly delivers excellent performance. OnePlus attempts to offer a “premium” tablet experience in North America, which says there are limited options. This is not wrong: historically, if you wanted a top-notch tablet, you only have Samsung and Apple to choose from.
