Provide mentoring and workshops for founders

Mentors include experienced entrepreneurs and policy experts. This means helping to develop a business plan. This means handling guidance from Japanese rules. It also offers the opportunity to sit at a roundtable with regulators and potential supporters.

JETRO’s regulatory support

The Japan External Trade Organization (Jetro) is on board to smooth the road. Jetro will help connect fintech startups with government agencies, the report said. This is the key to Japan’s strictly regulated market. According to Jetro, the move is designed to make it easier for new blockchain ideas to pass compliance checks and move forward without falling into the traditional Chinese tape festival.

Gather global partners together

In addition to cash and coaching, Ripple will also open its global network to these startups. According to a statement by Christina Chan, senior director of developer growth at Ripplex, the team will gain access to Ripple’s clients and experts. This can speed up testing in foreign markets. It can also inspire cross-border payment pilots or token releases with visibility.

Why Japan is the spotlight

Japan is known for its strong rules and top technical talents. But its strict settings can slow down innovation. According to Hinza Asif, president of the Asia Web3 Alliance Japan, the collaboration aims to reduce complexity. This is to provide the founders with the tools they need. This is also to ensure that blockchain projects comply with local rules and global standards.
